Desirée Ödén

About me

Desirée Ödén (former Jonasson) is a PhD Student at the section of accounting at Stockholm Business School. Her field of interest is performance management and she is interested in how performance is managed, measured, reviewed and rewarded in organizations. Desirée is particularly interested in how the employees of the organization perceive the performance management system and how it affects their behaviour.

 

Desirée holds a B.Sc in Business Administration and a M.Sc in Management Studies from Stockholms Business School. After graduation she worked as a management consultant with focus on change management and digitalization processes. Desirée was accepted to the PhD programme in 2016.

 

Desirée is a member of FIRE (research school in accounting) and Akademin för ekonomistyrning i staten (links).
