Choosing your courses as an exchange student

The main language of instruction at Stockholm University is Swedish, but the university also offers a large number of undergraduate and graduate courses in English. Generally, your course selection must be approved and signed by your home institution, your host department and yourself.

Application procedure for exchange students

Here you will find a step-by-step description of the application process for exchange students. The application procedure for exchange students differs from that of non-exchange students. As an exchange student, you must be nominated by your home university.

What is a university account and university card?

Your university account gives you access to a number of IT services at Stockholm University. The university card is used for library services, and printing/copying.
