About me

My research aims to understand the management of chemical risks. It focuses on how regulation and policy can enable a non-toxic circular society and how societal actors assume responsibility for handling chemical risks in everyday products. Areas of interest concerns chemical risk governance, supply chain management as well as goal conflicts and synergies that arise in a transition towards sustainable use of resources.

I strive towards integrating societal actors in my teaching and appreciate the collaborative research approach.

Realizing a non-toxic circular economy

This FORMAS project addresses conflicts and synergies between a circular economy and the protection of human and environmental health from hazardous chemicals.

PARC - Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals

PARC aims to develop next-generation chemical risk assessment to protect human health and the environment. The research program will support decision-makers with new data, knowledge, methods and tools, expertise and networks.
