Subway

From Stockholm Central Station, take the subway towards Mörby Centrum to "Universitetet". Upon exiting the subway station, take a left and follow the signs towards the Naturhistoriska riksmuseet (The Natural History Museum). Before the main entrance to the museum, follow the signs to Frescativägen 54.

Bus

Coming from Stockholm city centre, choose bus 50 towards Stora Lappkärsberget. The closest bus stop is "Bergiusvägen".

Roslagsbanan (train)

The train station is called "Universitetet". After the stairs take an immediate right which leads to the subway and bus station. From the bus station, follow the signs to the Naturhistoriska riksmuseet (The Natural History Museum).  Before the main entrance to the museum, follow the signs to Frescativägen 54.

Car/Taxi

The closest entrance accessable by car is Frescativägen 50, which is on the north side of the building. At this entrance, there is parking for disabled and taxi. The Department of Education is located on the 4th-7th floor. 

Parking is located at the corner of Frescativägen/Bergiusvägen.

The classrooms are located mainly on Frescativägen 54 (floors 4-7). In the classroom number, the first digit indicates building 1 or 2, the second digit indicates the floor plan, the third and fourth digits indicate the hall number. Room 1503 is thus located in house 1, on the 5th floor.

We also use two auditoriums in the Swedish Museum of Natural History (near the Fossilen restaurant), auditoriums in Södra huset, premises in Frescati hill, and the G-hall located at the Arrhenius Laboratory's buildings.

Student kitchen

The Department of Pedagogy and Didactics has a kitchenette where our students can heat food they have brought with them. The student kitchen is located on the 4th floor in house 1.

In the room next to the kitchenette there are several work tables and chairs where you can sit and eat. There is also a coffee machine and a machine where you can buy snacks.

Stockholm University is arrayed over a large area with multiple campuses. Frescati is the main campus. Here you can find maps, directions and guides. Here you will find descriptions of what’s located in the different areas, lunch places, and how to navigate your way there.
