Sergelhuset

Sergelhuset is located in the heart of Stockholm close to shopping, restaurants, cinemas and much more. Landmarks, e.g. The City Hall, The Royal Theater, The Old Town and The Swedish Royal Opera House are found within walking distance. The building is a combined apartment and office building with two restaurants and a rooftop terrace. The building was built in 2022 and is part of a large development project for creating a new attractive and exclusive city center. At Sergelhuset international guest researchers and PhD students can rent studios and one-bedroom apartments.

At Sergelhuset we offer 20 light, open-plan apartments with private balconies in a newly constructed building.

There are 16 studio apartments (42–45 square meters) and four larger one-bedroom apartments (61 square meters) with a combined kitchen and living room area.

In the building there is a shared rooftop terrace and two restaurants. The rent is between SEK 12 300–13 000 for the studios and SEK 17 336 for the apartments per month.

All apartments have a private balcony, dishwasher and washing machine. They are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, sofa and table and chairs. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and microwave, dinnerware and cooking utensils. Please note that you need to bring your own blanket, pillow, sheets and towels.

Location

Within a few minutes you can reach all three subway lines, the commuter trains and even the tram to the Royal Djurgården. From T-centralen subway station the red line, towards Mörby centrum, arrives at Stockholm University Campus Frescati, station Universitetet in 10 minutes. By bike it is a 15-20 minutes ride. From the Stockholm Central station trains go to Arlanda airport in 20 minutes and other parts of Sweden.

Laundry

Each apartment has a washing machine in the bathroom. A shared laundry room is located in the basement. Book laundry slot on the screen outside using key tag.

Parking

There are two parking garages in the near area. General information about parking: staff parking and Aimopark. Bike storage is found in the basement. Bring your bike through the main entrance and go down one floor by elevator.
