Archaeological Traineeship

The course comprises ten weeks of work placement. As the concluding part in the Master’s programme, the aim of this course is to prepare the student for future employment and create contacts within the labour market. The placement will be in e.g. museums, rescue excavation firms, or other employers involved within the heritage market.

Further course information will appear soon on this page. Until then, information can be found on the department website.

The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.

Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
