Criminal Law

Criminal Law concerns the fundamental conditions under which an act may be considered punishable. The course covers questions such as which acts are criminalised, what is required for someone to be held responsible for a criminal offence, under what circumstances a person can be convicted, and what types of sanctions may be imposed.
