History of Laws
History of Laws provides an overview of law and legal practice from a historical perspective. The course aims to foster critical thinking by offering students deeper insight into different methodological approaches within legal studies and a better understanding of the distinctive nature of legal reasoning.

The course in History of Law is a mandatory course within the Study Programme in Law (Juristprogrammet) at Stockholm University.
