European Law

The course in European Law is part of the Swedish-taught Study Programme in Law (Juristprogrammet) at Stockholm University. It introduces the method of legal reasoning within European Union law and explains how EU legal sources are to be interpreted and applied.

"European Law" is a mandatory course within the Study Programme in Law (Juristprogrammet) and the Bachelor of Legal Science (Filosofie kandidatexamen i rättsvetenskap) at the Department of Law, Stockholm University. It provides students with a foundation in European law, including both the legal order of the European Union (EU law) and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
