Private Law C

The course Private Law C covers labour law and family law, including key legal issues related to employment, marriage and cohabitation, inheritance and wills, as well as children and family relations.

The course in Private Law C is a mandatory course within the Study Programme in Law (Juristprogrammet) and the Bachelor of Legal Science (Filosofie kandidatexamen i rättsvetenskap) at Stockholm University.

The course focuses on three main areas of labour law—collective labour relations, individual employment relationships, and anti-discrimination law—as well as three key aspects of family law: legal relations between parents and children, the personal and financial aspects of marriage and cohabitation, and succession law (inheritance and wills).
