Private Law B

Private Law B offers an introduction to intellectual property and marketing law, focusing on the protection of intellectual achievements and trademarks, as well as fair business practices from both economic and political perspectives.

The course in Private Law B is a mandatory course within the Study Programme in Law (Juristprogrammet) and the Bachelor of Legal Science (Filosofie kandidatexamen i rättsvetenskap) at Stockholm University.

Private Law B is the second course in the so-called Private Law Year (Private Law A–D and Company Law), and is taught in Swedish. The course introduces students to the legal rules and principles of intellectual property and marketing law.
