Private Law D

The course Private Law D focuses on real estate law and introduces students to the application of legal rules in general and specific real estate law, as well as construction contract law.

The course in Private Law D is a mandatory course within the Study Programme in Law (Juristprogrammet) and the Bachelor of Legal Science (Filosofie kandidatexamen i rättsvetenskap) at Stockholm University.

A key aim of the course is to provide students with an overall understanding of real estate law and the societal, economic, and sector-specific factors that underpin the legal regulation of real property.
