Legal Theory
Legal Theory provides insight into the development and practical significance of legal reasoning in a changing world. The course deepens students’ understanding of issues concerning the boundaries and interplay between law, politics, and morality, as well as the relationship between the individual and the state.

The course in Legal Theory is a mandatory course within the Study Programme in Law (Juristprogrammet) at Stockholm University.
