The course Company Law, Partnership Law and Law of Organisations is a mandatory course within the Study Programme in Law (Juristprogrammet) and the Bachelor of Legal Science (Filosofie kandidatexamen i rättsvetenskap) at Stockholm University. The course covers the main legal rules and principles of association law.
