SULaw's Summer Programme

The course covers copyright areas, such as economic and moral rights of copyright and neighbouring rights holders’, liability of online intermediaries for copyright infringement, and
relationship between users and copyright holders. Particular emphasis is placed on the increasing role of enforcement of copyright online. Private law mechanisms and self-governing systems in copyright protection and other "softer" forms of cooperation, such as dialogue between users and copyright holders, are also addressed.

Teaching Format

Instruction is given in the form of lectures and seminars. A more detailed description of the course content is available in the course description and course schedule.

Assessment

Examination is conducted through active participation in all teaching and a written examination.

The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.
Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
Course reports are displayed for the three most recent course instances.
