Family Law Across Borders

In Family Law Across Borders issues concerning the regulation of family constellations, parenthood, adoption and marriage as well as cohabitation and the distribution of property is explored in comparative and cross-borders perspectives. The course is given as seminars demanding the active participation of the students.
