Current topics in Digital Philology

The course provides an overview of the research field of digital humanities, with particular focus on digital methods for philological research – the study of language in historical texts.

Teaching Format

Teaching is conducted through lectures and laboratory sessions under supervision. It is offered either online or on campus, as specified for each course offering.

Assessment

The course is assessed through assignments presented orally and/or in writing.

As part of the assessment, the instructor may require mandatory attendance and active participation in teaching activities.

For course offerings taught in English, assessment is conducted in English. For course offerings taught in Swedish, assessment is conducted in Swedish.

Examiner

The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.
Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
Course reports are displayed for the three most recent course instances.
