Music in Fantasy Film
The course aims to provide knowledge and ability to analyse the different functions of music in fantasy films. Language of instruction is Swedish.
The course will focus on Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, but will also cover films such as Conan the Barbarian (John Milius, 1982) and Edward Scissorhands (Tim Burton, 1990).
The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course.
We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course,
your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.
Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
