Theater in Sweden

This course provides a basic introduction to theatre in Sweden. It highlights key moments in Swedish theatre history, such as the emergence of modern directing, the development of children’s theatre, and the rise of independent companies, and we discuss these from a range of perspectives. Language of instruction is Swedish.
