Pedagogical leadership in preschool
This course examines the pedagogical leadership of preschool teachers; arenas and practices, boundaries, expectations and conditions.

The aim is to prepare for professional leadership that benefits children's learning and the team's ability to carry out the preschool's mission.
Issues addressed in the course's literature, seminars and assignments are leadership in relation to the preschool teacher's mission, colleagues, team and preschool management. It is a leadership task that by extension also has implications for the work with children, children's groups, guardians and the surrounding society.
The course also addresses the preschool teacher's leadership in relation to the mission to carry out education and teaching on a scientific basis as well as sustainable and healthy leadership for the preschool teacher.
The course is given in Swedish.
