north2north - student exchange with a scholarship
north2north is a network within the University of the Arctic, where universities and colleges around the Arctic Circle cooperate.
The next application round for exchanges within north2north at Stockholm University is planned for the autumn 2026, for placements in the academic year 2027/28.
The student exchange programme provides opportunities for placements and a north2north scholarship through the Swedish Institute, allowing students to study for one or two semesters at partner universities across North America (United States and Canada), the Nordics (Iceland, Finland, Norway), as well as in Australia, France and the United Kingdom.
All students at Stockholm University, regardless of subject, can apply to north2north. However, students who study courses with emphasis on the Northern and Arctic regions are prioritised.
