31 May is World No Tobacco Day!

For many students, tobacco use is part of everyday life. It is normal to try to quit several times without success. We can help you become tobacco- or nicotine-free!

World No Tobacco Day is organized by the World Health Organization (WHO) with the aim to raise awareness about the harmful influences of the tobacco industry on youth.  This year's theme is "Protecting children from tobacco industry interference".

Quitting tobacco is a process, and it's okay to make several attempts and to seek help to succeed. Each final attempt brings you closer to your goal of living a tobacco- or nicotine-free life.

If you need help, don't hesitate to book an appointment with our occupational health nurse Sofia, who has lots of experience of working with tobacco cessation.

To book an appointment, just email sofia.shakibi@su.se.
