About me
I am a biologist with more than 15 years of experience developing genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic knowledge in model and non-model organisms to uncover genetic mechanisms of adaptive plasticity. Next is to apply my knowledge to contribute to our Green Transition by reaching a climate-neutral economy. I am a proud member of the european project "BioLUSH" to bring sustainable fibers for textiles by researching plant genetic and phenotypic variation!
Collaborating with Prof. Aji Mathew and Prof. Edouard Pesquet, I investigate plant genetic and phenotypic variation within the context of the european project "BioLUSH" to bring sustainable fibers for textiles and other products.
In collaboration with Dr. Wheat, Dr. Nylin and Dr. Janz, I have tested different hypotheses generated from evolutionary theory using transcriptomics. My aim has been to understand the genetic plasticity of butterfly larvae response towards feeding and contribute to reach that goal at the Department of Zoology.
