Paula Pierozan Researcher

I am a passionate about biology. Completed my doctoral degree in biochemistry at Federal University of Porto Alegre, Brazil. Started to study toxicology in my first post-doctoral scholarship at the same university and then moved to Sweden to continue my studies in the field of neurotoxicology and paternal epigenetic inheritance. I have extensive experience in biochemistry and toxicology, working with animals and cell cultures. Currently focused in effects of environmental pollutants on different cell models and the epigenetic mechanisms involved.
