The Department Board at the Department of Human Geography has to deal with a number of issues that are defined in the delegation scheme from the Faculty of Social Sciences and from the Dean. Some of these issues the Department Board has the right to delegate further.

Some issues that need to be dealt with urgently are unpractical to deal with at board meetings. Matters concerning education at different levels need to be resolved.
