How does it work?

Depending on the type of assistance you need there are different people to contact.

University Login Account (SUKAT)

You need a username and password in order to log on to the internet, your computer and other web facilities. If you are missing your account login details please contact Baltzar (new window).

Are central services down?

There might be general system updates. IT Services (directs you to the university website) regularly send news feeds about system and software updates.

It also answers the questions you might have about related IT issues such as accounts, e-mail, installations etc.

With the wireless network eduroam you can get internet access in a variety of places off campus all over Sweden and even in the world using your regular password.

eduroam also works on a number of libraries in Stockholm and, thanks to a collaboration between SUNET and The Cloud also in train stations, airports and ports throughout Sweden.
