06:30–20:00 (mondays to fridays). Closed on weekends.
NOTE! Time for latest entrance is 19:00.
Please end your training and leave the room no later than 20:00.
Rules in the staff gym
Everyone wants to enjoy themselves and have a good time at the gym. Use your common sense. Respect your fellow trainers. Behave well and keep a reasonable noise level.
- Turn off the mobile phone or set it to silent.
- Talk on your mobile outside the gym, or in the changing room.
- Use headphones if you want to listen to your own music.
- Stay at home at the slightest symptom of illness.
- Wash your hands before and after excercise (use hand disinfectant if necessary).
- Avoid congestion, plan your workout if possible at times when there are few people in the gym
- Feel free to book a training session with our PT
- Always wipe/clean machines, weights, cushions and other gym equipment before, as well as after use
- Always wear clean training shoes and training clothes
- Put weights and equipment etc. back in place
Personal trainer
Three days a week, there is a professional personal trainer (PT) assisting members on site in the gym (Mondays from 10:00 to 11:00, Wednesdays from 16:00 to 17:00, and Thursdays from 14:30 to 15:30). As a member of SU staff gym you get the opportunity to review training equipment, technique, consultation or to simply ask a question about your training.
Pay for membership in Service Centers
Please visit us at Service Center Södra or Albano to pay for your gym membership. NOTE! Card payments only. You can pay for a full-year card or half-year card.
Prices: SEK 1500/full-year or SEK 750/half-year (Full-year card: 1 January – 31 December, Half-year card: 1 January – 30 June or 1 July – 31 December). After payment, you will get a receipt that you need to report in Primula at your department to receive compensation in the same way you do with other wellness receipts.
Before coming to Service Centers
Please fill in, print out, and then bring the form (see attached pdf-file below "Friskvårdsintyg-SU-personalgymmet") when visiting the Service Center to pay for your gym membership. Service Center staff must confirm/sign the form, and you do need the form together with the receipt to request fitness compensation. Remember to bring your personal identification and your SU-access card. At once when you have paid, we will activate your SU-card for access to the gym.
Report errors
You can report problems/errors regarding the gym in different ways:
- Via the Service portal: serviceportalen.su.se - felanmälan lokaler, utemiljö mm. Select type of error (felanmälan = personalgym)
- Come and visit one of our Service centers (Södra/Albano) and let us know the problem.
