SUCCeSS Retreat 2025

Thanks to inspiring input from all participants, we had fruitful discussions toward continuously optimizing the centre’s role as a cross-disciplinary hub for transformative sustainability research.

On September 16th the SUCCeSS board, PI’s and core group gathered in Stockholm, for a full day retreat, to assess the progress and define strategies to have continued impact. Invited participants included SUCCeSS Steering board, Magnus Breitholtz, Yasmini Portes Abraham Silva, Joseph Samec, Fredrik Nordin, Edouard Pesquet, Helen Blomqvist, Siri Talme, the Executive team with director Aji P Mathew, deputy director Berit Olofsson and coordinator Kajsa Vårsjö; SUCCeSS PIs and advisory council (on zoom) with Professor Paul Anastas, Professor Tanja Zimmermann, Professor John Warner, and Elin Bergman.  

The discussions clearly showed the need for strengthening communication – to share our mission and impact. SUCCeSS will continue to work as a connector and enabler of knowledge sharing across academia, industry, civil society, and policy makers.
