Accountability for Making Prior Wrongs Worse

In this paper we introduce and defend an account of “ex post deontic influence” (EDI). We demonstrate how this account of EDI can illuminate and resolve a variety of seemingly disparate moral conundrums drawn from a diverse range of literatures.
