Meet our three student ambassadors: Oruba Abu-Hammam, Jeehong Lee and Furaha Bayibsa

Oruba Abu-Hammam and Furaha Bayibsa are studying physics in the Bachelor of Physics program, Jeehong Lee is in the fourth year of the Medical Radiation program. They are also Fysikum's student ambassadors for our social media and for the first time they have continued to communicate for another semester. Here they tell us about themselves.

ent Ambassador for Outreach, I want to explore and report on Fysikum's social media about different events to inspire more people to dare to explore the scientific world and create more awareness of Physics' events," says Oruba Abu-Hammam.

"I really look forward to inspiring new students to discover their passion for physics and to encourage them. Furthermore, I hope to contribute to an even safer environment at Fysikum, where students can support each other and seek help from both classmates and teachers when they face challenges," says Jeehong Lee.

"I look forward to showing people of all different ages, ethnic backgrounds, disabilities and limitations that physics and math are not as scary as you might think, and that there is a place - and resources available - for everyone here at Fysikum," says Furaha Bayibsa.

We wish our student ambassadors good luck with their studies and communicating on our social media.
