Are you ready to manage stress better and face life in a different way? Join our group held three Thursdays at KTH, starting 25 September.
During the sessions we will explore useful topics and you will learn tools for stress management through: guided exercises, mindfulness, short films and working together in small groups.

We will explore topics such as:
What is stress?
How do I deal with difficult feelings and thoughts?
How do I deal with stress in a more healthy and sustainable way?
How can I live more according to my values?
What steps can I take towards the life I want to live?
