International webinar: Education for Sustainable Societies in a Changing World

The Department of Education, Stockholm University and Graduate School of Education, University of Tokyo have an institutional agreement to promote academic exchange. 

In order to promote the agreement, joint seminars have been organized every year since 2015 in the pursuit of academic excellence and to provide a platform for young researchers to reflect and exchange views on educational issues. Since 2017 in addition to our colleagues from Tokyo the event has also hosted a delegation of academic researchers and postgraduate students from the University of Jyväskylä to participate in the seminar. On February 16th to 18th, 2022, this joint seminar will be organised again. Due to the present circumstance with the COVID 19 pandemic the seminar will this year, as last year, be organised digitally.
