Algebraic groups – a universal language in mathematics
Wushi Goldring wants to place specific mathematical objects in a wider context. His research is all about algebraic groups and how they can be used as a common language in mathematics. The aim is to formulate a general theory for how objects from widely diverse areas, and particularly in geometry, can be generated by groups.
Wushi Goldring is Wallenberg Academy Fellow.
