New public printers on campus - here's how to print

The new Printomat printers have been installed in public areas such as the Stockholm University library, Studenthuset and Albano. To print on the new printers, you need to connect your university card to the system.

The University is in the process of changing the printing solution and supplier for Printomat. This means that new public printers have been delivered. The public printers can be used both by students and employees.

In order to print on the new printers, you will need to connect your university card to the new system. Instructions on how to do this can be found in Serviceportalen

All students have received an email with a registration code. The email is sent from noreply@su.eu.uniflowonline.com (see image of email below). The code should be used when the printers are physically installed on site.

It is important to link the university card as soon as the new printer is installed as the old printer will then be removed. The new printers will be marked ”New printer”. This will help you to know when it is time to connect your university card.
