About me
I work as a Human Resoruce (HR) Officer, and my responsibilities include the following:
- Personnel administration, which includes handling employment decisions, contract extensions, reviewing vacation status and other types of leave, as well as conducting monthly salary reviews.
- Budgeting for personnel costs at the department.
- Onboarding new employees and assisting with offboarding at the end of employment.
- Reviewing wellness benefit claims through the HR system Primula.
- Administering guest reimbursements and travel expenses.
- Various HR-related matters.
In addition to this, I also represent the technical and administrative (TA) staff in the local council for work environment and equal opportunities group at the department.
