Agneta Berge is a graduate student at the IIES since 2018 but first joined the IIES in 2016 as a research assistant. She received both her BSc in Economics and her MSc in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) and studied abroad for one semester at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in Santiago de Chile. Prior to joining the IIES, she also worked as an economist for the Swedish Trade Union Confederation and as a research assistant for Professor Anna Dreber Almenberg at the SSE. Her research interests are macroeconomics and inequality, including for example investigating drivers of top wealth accumulation and determinants of the labor income share.
