Alexander NordtPostdoc
About me
Alexander Nordt is an environmental social scientist, and postdoctoral researcher at Stockholm University in the Department of Political Science as part of the Horizon Europe project ACHIEVE (Achieving High-Integrity Voluntary Climate Action). His research centres on net zero transition initiatives (global and regional in scale and at national and subnational levels) in the context of policy and governance processes. His research addresses questions of agency in sustainable transitions by examining actions and initiatives by state and non-state actors, including intermediary organisations, that aim to influence the directionality and pace of a societal transition toward net zero emissions.
