About me

I graduated in 2022 in Chemistry from the University of Milano-Bicocca (Milan, Italy), where I carried out my bachelor’s thesis under the supervision of Professor Luca Beverina. My project focused on the synthesis and characterization of tetraaryl-9,9'-spirobifluorene derivatives for organic optoelectronic applications, using Suzuki-Miyaura-type cross-coupling reactions in an aqueous environment.

Then, I completed my MSc in Chemistry at the University of Milano-Bicocca in 2024, under the supervision of Dr. Sara Mattiello. My thesis focused on the synthesis of original tri(hetero)arylmethane-based radical derivatives and investigating their optical, electronic, and electrochemical properties for potential applications in optoelectronic devices.

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Erica Zeglio's group at Stockholm University, where my research focuses on developing biodegradable organic mixed ionic/electronic conducting materials (OMIECs) using sustainable synthesis methods. My work aims to create high-performance, stable materials suitable for integration into organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs).
