About me

I am a doctoral candidate since the autumn semester 2017 in civil law with focus on intellectual property law and European harmonization. My doctoral project concerns patent infringement and the prohibited infringement actions. Swedish, English and German law are the project's main focus together with  the EU's Unitary Patent System. II also study patent law harmonization in Europe and different forms and processes of harmonization. I have an LLM from Stockholm University (2017).
