About me

I am a PhD student working for the research programme Crisis, conflict and climate – societal change in Scandinavia 300–700 CE. I use isotope analysis to investigate how past Scandinavian societies have dealt economically and culturally with times of crises, using the island of Öland (Sweden) as a case study. In particular, my research focuses on husbandry practices, human diet and mobility.
