About me

I hold an undergraduate degree in Mathematics Teacher Education at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (Brazil), where I also completed my master’s degree in Mathematics Education. My master’s thesis focused on exploring decolonial perspectives in mathematics education, particularly within Quilombola communities.

Currently, I am a Doctoral Student in Mathematics Education within the research school RelMaS2. My primary research interests are feminist theories and critique of science, post-humanist approaches, critical research methodologies, and critical perspectives in mathematics education.

My ongoing research project investigates the ways higher education mathematics can be performing gender.

I also work as a research assistant at the IMMPACT research project.
