About me

Associate professor and lecturer in theater studies at the Department of Culture and Aesthetics.

My research interests relate to areas such as theater and migration as well as gender perspectives on theatre, which means that I have mainly devoted myself to contemporary performing arts and 20th century theatre. The culturally critical perspectives have become increasingly important in my research, which in recent years has also taken an interest in theater for children and young people. The relationship of performing arts to society means that dramaturgical aspects have always been central to my work, as these aspects relate to the audience to a great extent.

Director of studies for the doctoral program in theater studies and supervisor in ongoing thesis projects.
