Passionate anthropologist and PhD candidate who uses sensuous and multimodal scholarship to study food, foodways, and the sociocultural matters by which olive oil occurs made in time and space. I am currently writing my thesis, titled Caring for Olive Oil: Cultivating Flows, Crafts & Traditions. It contextulizes and curiously explores the rhythms, value landscapes, and spatiotemporal matters by which olive oil is made, cared for, and crafted in Puglia. Some of the material from my research can be partaken through my website
