About me

I am a doctoral student since spring 2020. My PhD project is a collaboration between CHESS (Centre for Health Equity Studies) at the Department of Public Health Sciences at Stockholm University and the Department of Global Public Health at Karolinska Institutet.

I am affiliated to the Swedish National Graduate School for Competitive Science on Ageing and Health, SWEAH

Research description

My research concerns socioeconomic inequalities in health with a special focus on working life and early exits from the labour market.

The aim of my doctoral project is to identify factors and processes that explain social inequalities in health and early labour market exit among older workers. The project will take a life-course perspective where risk factors measured both before labour market entry as well as during working life and long-term and accumulated exposure to these potential risk factors will be examined.
