About me
I am a research fellow and lecturer in history. My research is devoted to early modern Swedish history, and deals with topics in the intersection between politics and culture. I am currently working on a research project on Lutheranism and the confessional knowledge of crop failure and famine in Sweden, c. 1600–1830. In previous projects, I have studied foreign information operations, republicanism, media, party politics, masculinity, subsidies, as well as the knowledge history of the potato, in eighteenth-century Sweden.
