About me

Ida Kristine Haavi is a Graduate Student at the IIES. Her research interests lie in macroeconomics and in the underlying drivers of the global economy. She is interested in how foreign shocks transmit from country to country through affecting e.g. trade and capital flows, and exchange rates. Further, she is  interested in understanding how policy can best promote growth and welfare when theseshocks hit different households and firms differently.
