Research group

Computational Mathematics

The research group Computational Mathematics works with mathematical modeling and method development for the study of systems, encompassing mathematical proof structures as well as physical structures spanning from the molecular to the planetary level.

About me

I am an associate professor in scientific computing with applications in climate science. My research is primarly about finite element methods for ice sheet modelling and ocean modelling.

During previous positions I have worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the department of mathematics at Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel (Germany) and as a PhD candidate at the IT-department at Uppsala University (Sweden).
