About me

I am a post-doctoral researcher at the Stockholm University Demography Unit (SUDA) with a Ph.D. in Sociology from 2023.

My professional career in demographics started at Statistics Sweden where I mainly analyzed and produced statistics from the population registers. At Stockholm University, my thesis topic revolved around economic and health inequalities following parenthood and separation.  I currently use survey data to study the association between self-rated health and intensive parenting within the project Intensive parenting norms in Sweden.
