About me
I am a PhD student at MISU focusing on LES simulations of the Atmospheric Boundary Layer, with an Engineering background in Fluid Mechanics.
I primarily investigate scalar transport and mixing within the turbulent boundary layer, with particular attention to surface exchanges and interactions with the free atmosphere. Our long-term objective is to extend LES capabilities to include cloud simulations, alongside turbulence and scalar transport.
I also like to carry out fieldwork (I have participated in the 2025 Canada-Sweden Arctic expedition onboard I/B Oden) and I am teaching assistant for the course "Turbulent boundary layers in the atmosphere and the ocean" at Stockholm University.
My PhD project is a collaborative effort between the Department of Meteorology at Stockholm University (part of the Bolin Centre for Climate Research) and the Department of Engineering Mechanics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, with funding from SeRC.
