About me
Lotta Hultin is an Associate Professor in Management at Stockholm Business School. She received her Ph.D. from Stockholm School of Economics. Her research examines the role of technologies in the transformation of work practices with a particular focus on how digital reconfigurations condition sensemaking and identity formation processes in organizations. She also studies the role of time and temporality in organizing and is specifically interested in how temporal structures and subjective experiences of time condition work practices and peoples’ experiences. In her current research project she explores how time and temporality are implicated in organizations’ work to become more environmentally sustainable.
Lotta’s research approach is qualitative and mostly informed by process philosophy.
